On our first time she went above and beyond to make sure that we're comfortable. On our second time staying with them she made us feel so special with the executive suite room upgrade. "The staff were lovely, it was so easy to get to from the train station. The room was small but sufficient for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good value for money.
