"I've been to a place this who offer a similar service but their sauna wasn't as hot and the hot tub wasn't even a real hot tub instead it was a paddling pool that never really got hot enough, but this hot tub at this place was better and more bubbles, also has a cold water type plunge and they give you free snacks and drinks! i would highly recommend to visit!"

"Mixed feelings. The room itself was fine, the experience not so great. I had chosen this hotel in part because it was a good location and had an EV charger. The EV charger was not working and the experience in reporting and trying to get resolved was infuriating. I had to go elsewhere and charge. The EV alone I probably would have overlooked, particularly as it involved a third party. However, upon check out the hotel attempted to charge me for a dinner that I hadn’t ordered or had! Ironically I had eaten elsewhere whilst waiting for my car to charge. Again, mistakes can happen, but the receptionist was at first insistent that as that’s what her computer said, I had to pay it! Eventually sorted, but took way too long, making me late for an meeting, and did not appreciate the accusatory manner. So an okay stay bookended by two poor and frustrating experiences."
