Extremely spacious loft located in the vibrant America Ground

The Grade 2 listed property is perfectly placed in the America Ground with all its cafes, restaurants, bars and independent businesses, just a 5 minute walk from the railway stations and a stones thrown away from the beach. It's like being in a New York loft. Built in 1876 the building was originally The Hastings and St Leonards Newspaper building and the current owners have restored and renovated to a high standard.

This is a great apartment for a group of family or friends as there are 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with plenty of bathrooms. The living area is bright and spacious and there is a separate reception room. Location wise it is an easy walk to the hub of St Leonards and there are cute cafes very closeby. There was a leak in the roof when we arrived, but this subsided once the rain stopped - this didn't hamper our stay.
