"Just as advertised"

"We have stayed at DoubleTree many times. Reception staff are always welcoming. Evgenia is always friendly and helpful. She has checked us in on our last three visits. As a side note, we have witnessed a guest being quite rude to her and she communicated with them in such a professional manner. We sometimes request a room up-grade and the hotel has always been able to accommodate, even if it is for a specific room, so thank you House-keeping staff. The hotel is clean and the rooms are always spotless. The food in the Red Dot bar has always been served in good time and is always hot. We dined in the Pitchside bar/restaurant on our last visit. The kitchen had an issue with the gas supply. We were kept informed regarding our food order (delay) and received extra portions when the food arrived - result! We’re staying again this weekend - hope the kitchen has the same issue, ha ha ha. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends. I almost forgot... great warm cookies! Just one negative point - guests are charged for parking. Most hotels request that you register your vehicle but are not charged. "

"I picked it for the airconditioning primarily and I’m so glad I did. It was HOT in London. Staff was friendly and courteous. Lovely breakfast offerings. Nicely remodeled rooms and common areas. Would stay again. "

"Overnight airport stay, clean, efficient, decent food. The only negative the room was a bit too warm for us. Aircon was on full and a fan. Apart from that very good and in walking distance of airport."

"Had a great stay. Staff at reception were polite and prompt, air conditioning worked a treat. Only slight negative was the bed was a little on the firm side for me, but that’s personal preference. Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area"

"Had to swap to this hotel when my original booking of the ibis was cancelled 2 weeks prior. Was staying with a group of friends and we all agreed we’d all consider booking this hotel again if in the Wembly area. Staff were friendly, Beds comfortable and appreciated the aircon as it was a hot day and night we were there. "
