"The room was spacius and clean but the shower controls need attention. We enquired about dinner as we were going to the theatee. We were not informed that the hotel offered pre theatre early dinners and so ate elsewhere. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice."

"I walked into the hotel, 1st thing I noticed was the dust as there is on going work, looks like a building site. Also groups of men / teenagers standing out side asking for cigarettes My room was brilliant Went to the bar, asked for a pint of Becks, they didn't have this on, asked or a pint of Stella, again this wasnt on, then asked for a pint of Estrell ? guess what, this wasnt on. So I ended up having 2 bottles of Becks at over £5.00 EACH In the morning I was going to have breakfast, the workmen were in that area, drilling concrete, sanding, you can imagine what you will be eating I definitely wont be going to this Hotel again, how could they charge ME what they did was daylight robbery Carol Mills "

"This is the best hotel in Coventry and is a lot very building with a very good breakfast. They steadfastly refuse to fit an entry system so if you’re out late , expect to have to bang on the windows and hope someone hears you "

"Clean and tidy, hotel rooms and pool area a little bit dated, Wouldn’t say it Was quite 4 * but certainly a pleasant stay and buffet breakfast for £14 was really nice reasonable amount of options and porridge we pre ordered came full to the brim and was delicious. Quite old fashioned almost like being in a time warp, but all in all a nice pleasant stay, pool was nice and quiet when we went and food was decent, bar area not too bad, good value for money, with being so close to the airport, which you can actually walk to from the hotel as well, so nice bonus."

"Efficient small rooms w a large social areas to acquire food and drinks. Good security for being less than 5 min walk to airport . Train to hotel is 10-15 min walk . Good value . "

"Overall this hotel is in a great location if you are attending an event at resorts world, and given that I would put up with it again, but I wouldn't stay at this property if I didn't have a need to. My main issue was the bed, even with a mattress topper it was hard. The mattress topper was also too short for the bed, so the pillow sank towards the headboard. Additionally the sheets were too short for the bed and spring free throughout the night. This resulted in me catching a glimpse of the mattress which was covered in black human hairs. There was also screws through the Lino in the floor and bath panel which I find to be rather unhygienic. I had room service, the staff were pleasant, but the food was no better than freezer food. "
