Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Our second stay at this hotel. Really good hotel/pub, easy walking distance to the Hammersmith Apollo which is one reason we booked here. The rooms are modern & done to a high standard. Comfortable bed, proper coffee maker, nice towels. Pleasant staff & the breakfast was excellent.

Had a lovely stay and was warmly greeted by reception. The room was cosy and I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a good standard. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in, prompt communication, comfy beds, quiet location within easy walking distance of the tube. Would happily stay again. Thanks 😊

The location of the hotel is close to tube as well as excellent bus routes into the city. There's plenty of takeaway locations and supermarkets for collecting food. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't have done any more to help. And i loved that they had drinks and snacks for sale at the reception. Perfect after a long day The room was a bit of a strange layout, but i quite liked in, and enjoyed the separate sofa and work area in the room. I would happily stay at this hotel again

Get the real London experience, with nice cosy rooms,friendly service and a real English breakfast! Nice Pub downstairs for a drink among friends! A couple of minutes from the Underground gets you anywhere in London ! Direct line to Hammersmith(1 stop) to connect for Heathrow or Victoria Station for Gatwick !

Wonderful stay, great hotel.

Very comfortable bed in a very basic room which was just what i was looking for a short notice.

The room is located on the 3rd floor, and unfortunately, there is no lift available. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially when travelling with heavy luggage, as you’ll need to carry everything up the stairs. However, everything else was perfect.

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing.
