"There aren’t many hotels to choose from in Hakkari. Hotel Sibar is central, on street parking is available, the staff are helpful and some speak English. I’m not convinced that at £80 per night it is better value than other hotels in the Van or Hakkari region."

"The conditions are poor with stuffy smelly room- surely people have smoked there. Also the carpet was old and didn’t look clean. The toilet paper was not new roll but one for a day or so. The lighting in the room is dim."
