"Good hotel. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because breakfast buffet basically has no AC and it’s extremely hot in the morning and was not comfortable at all. Otherwise staff is great, food is good too."

"The property was pretty clean except for a little dust.In certain areas that I noticed. The staff were very helpful and very nice and pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The property was beautiful itself. The pool and breakfast buffet with my favorite places. What I didn't like was that we had to pay for certain things And certain restaurants like the steakhouse and they could have gave more portions for the sides"

"Overall an outstanding experience. Food was good, the drinks were exceptional. No watered down all inclusive drinks here. The staff was amazing. The staff went above and beyond on the friendly and helpful scale. On the last few nights there was a sewage smell coming from our bathroom sink drain. Our shower didn't drain very well. Only minor negatives. The good totally out weighs the bad. Highly recommend."

"The hotel itself was nice. The problem was that we booked it through Expedia, and after this experience, I will never trust them again. Even though we purchased an all-inclusive package, we still had to pay extra to use the spa and for certain food items on the restaurant menus. The package was not as all-inclusive as we expected."

"The beach was nice and clear which we thank god for. It’s a lot of money to be in a resort in Cancun and when the beach is beautiful and clean like it was, it is worth the money. The Japanese restaurant was fantastic."

"Love this place! Just don’t book room 8324! Right next to their sales office because they do their chanting cheers every morning beginning at 7:30. Also every time they gain a timeshare sales- they all scream again! So no sleep in that room. Also, they were doing maintenance or construction in the sales office, which didn’t allow us to sleep either during the evening! Overall great place. Will now need to book another trip w/ Expedia just for sleep after staying in this room"
