"Great location for airport with parking on site for a few cars. Restaurant ok for food and drinks but pricey. Biggest complaint was size of duvet - only just the size of the bed!"

"For US travelers, the room feels “small” but it’s exactly what I expected based on description and photos. Actually, nicer than I expected! Easy online booking, easy check-in, quiet hotel (despite being at the airport and fully booked), plenty of towels & supplies, and comfortable beds. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!"

"If it wasn't for the room, honestly this hotel would get a 2 or a 3. I didn't like the attitude of the staff, the place felt like a cattle market-people everywhere-. I'll give you some staff interaction examples: at breakfast the person that seated me didn't make it clear that it was buffet style so I say there like a Muppet for a while until I realised. Also I paid for my parking and the barrier wouldn't let me out, I went back to the reception desk and my car reg was entered again and the barrier still wouldn't let me out (I witnessed this happen to someone else too) but at no point did anyone apologise, it was all very perfunctory and transactional there was no care and no warmth which all led you to feel that your just a number on a conveyor belt."
