Lovely place, very comfortable, clean, quiet. Beautiful views. Watch rabbits, hares, pheasants etc crossing the garden while you have breakfast. Stayed on business as an alternative to hotels and pub food. Great location for walking and cycling.

Clean and the facilities were more than adequate

The host is on hand and helpful, advised us of great local walks, which we would have been unaware of. An immaculately clean and comfortable property. Our dog was welcome. Great to see the local wildlife - bats flying around in the evenings, in addition to birds and the hosts own sheep at the bottom of the enclosed garden. The only slight negative comment is that we found the WiFi was slow. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The caravans has everything you need.

The house was bright and airy with a proper seaside feel to it. There was bread and milk provided when you arrived which was nice to not have to mess around getting them at the last minute. There was a fan available and it was very warm so this was welcome. The bed was comfortable and it was great that we could take our dog and there was plenty of room in the yard for him. Yes the TV is small but that’s not what we were there for, there’s was DVDs and WiFi as well. Easy walk in to Lytham and we...

Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated.

The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately. The location and check-in is so simple and hassle-free. There are few house types that we found out and so good to visit again with extended family. Wifi is stable and...

A lovely well equipped cottage. Decorated to a high standard and a well equipped kitchen with teabags etc to use. The highllight was the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a great stay at 112 Balmoral - Ali was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even left us ice pops in the freezer due to hot weather which went down a treat!! Very close to the beach and a nice quiet area with plenty of parking spaces.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Felt more like a bungalow. Big airy rooms, well equipped kitchen and a lovely outside space . Would definitely recommend xxx

Perfect cottage in the perfect location to explore Clitheroe. Everything had been considered by the owner for a perfect stay, id recommend staying here if you were looking to visit Clitheroe

Beautiful cottage. Wonderful decor and spotless. Lovely comfy bed and great nights sleep as area so peaceful. Wonderful village main street just 3 mins walk to pubs and lovely eateries.

The property was in first class condition with all you could want and had a well stocked welcome package. It was a warm modern flat which was well fitted with modern appliances. Having your own front door was an added bonus plus there were views out to sea and across the bay to the Lake District. You really did not need to cook as there were cafes and take-aways within 5 mins walking distance and convenience stores. There were also bus and ferry/tram links to Blackpool; however, the ferry...

Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.

The caravan was in pristine condition when we got in. They have tea, coffee and sugar available in the kitchen, cleaning and bathroom essentials are also available. We really enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t recommend this property enough. The owner was also nice and friendly and answers to queries right away! 10/10!

Great location / price. Clean and tidy. Close to town, pubs, canal. Parked outside on road no problem. Internet connection very poor. Shower pressure not brilliant.
