The food and service was excellent at all the restaurants that it has to offer. We stayed at the Fairmont Gold and didn’t get a proper tour of our room and the texting service did not work. I felt the staff could go further to accommodate the customers. They closed at 9pm so if you’re still roaming around the town you won’t be able to go to the pool at night and in the next day they open super late like 2:30pm. We just hope that we we’re able to do the waterpark before checking out."
