Beautiful setting conveniently close to Banff, yet far enough away to be peaceful, and the shuttle into the town was very handy. Since the hotel is a few minutes away from downtown, shuttle is needed. The shuttle service is limited and the time available is very limited. They only service between 10am to 6pm and very often not available since I think only 1 shuttle is available. Other than the limited service, the place has nice views even if the structure is little dated. Very beautiful views of the mountains. The staff are very helpful. The night guy with mustache was helpful and Maru was super helpful..definitely recommend anyone coming to Banff.
