"I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property.
Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires."
"The bed was very comfortable: firm but conformable. The room was spacious. There was a lot of renovation going on around the property, but everything was easy to get around. We got in early and we were able to park our car underneath and go out and walk around until we were notified of our room being ready; which I received notice 30 minutes earlier than the advertised check-in time of 4:00pm. The location can't be better: very walkable to the main, central area of town, and easy walking distance to the Bow River trails. I recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys basic comforts. "
"Gorgeous hotel. Outdoor sauna and hot tubs such a nice bonus. Personalized coffee for rooms was delightful. Staff very helpful even with an ac unit that didn’t work well. Clean newer hotel. Great restaurant on site and cafe next door. On bus line. A bit far from downtown. "
"The rooms were quiet and comfortable and had excellent views of the mountain (either direction). We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!"
