The Fairmont Banff Springs is amazing! I can't think of one thing we didn't like. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was beautiful and well kept, the restaurants and bars were great. If you have the opportunity to reserve a Fairmont Gold room I would highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the breakfast and evening spreads served in the Gold lounge. But one of the most memorable parts of our stay was floating in the outdoor heated pool as it was snowing.

We also walked to town (about 25 min walk), but the Fairmont provides free transportation on the public bus which is a very easy and convenient way to get around. We will certainly be back!! Gorgeous place to stay.

The property had a certain charm to it. Although we did not get to go out since the weather was so cold, staying in was comfortable and relaxing.
