I do recommend getting the “Wolf” rooms as they’ve been upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful, kids loved the pool and parking is so easy. We liked the location, just outside town but super convenient going into Banff or to the highway to go exploring. I love the location of this resort though its 4 to 5 km away from banff city center its easily accessible, plenty of parking space and surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and lots of option based on the group of people. We had cute loft apartment with full kitchen and it had the basics. Was clean had wood burning fireplace, forest outlook very quiet and beautiful.
