Excellent hotel. Very friendly personal, very good food, all what is worthwhile to see in Galdar is in walking distance.

El mejor hotel sin duda que he podido quedarme,muchisimo mejor que cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas,es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Habitaciones muy bien decoradas pero pequeñas y sin nevera, al menos, la doble. Desayuno de muy buena calidad pero poca variedad y sin fruta alguna. Instalaciones muy bien decoradas pero la piscina sucia. Comenté en recepción mi deseo de bañarme en la piscina, me avisaron que estaba sucia y no se molestaron en limpiarla... demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen... el personal del restaurante un diez!

Great staff in help of a clumsy customer
The hotel is clean and modern, and the location is very good. But the staff is what made my stay exceptionally great. Everyone was very nice and friendly, but the most impressive was the help I got when my phone dropped out of my pocket and was left in the backseat of a taxi. In less than an hour, the staff located the taxi and arranged the delivery of my phone. I am very, very thankful of their efforts!

Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe... am Montag gab’s gar kein Frühstück, da das Restaurant geschlossen war. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir Brot, Butter und Filterkaffee bekommen

Dear guest, the breakfast service is independent of the restaurant and is offered every day. We take care of the variety of breakfast and we would not allow to offer only bread and butter. From what I must tell you, we disagree with your comment.

Hotel muy bonito, pero le faltan algunos detalles. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación y es que tienen aire acondicionado/calefacción centralizada. Para hacer el cambio tienen que avisar a cada habitación.. No tiene nevera en las habitaciones. Cama cómoda, hotel tranquilo y desayuno muy rico.

Muchas gracias por la reseña! intentaremos ir mejorando cada día. Las habitaciones no tiene nevera, pero no se ofrece ese servicio en la web. Aun así, siempre guardamos las cosas de los clientes que lo necesiten en la cocina. Nuevamente, gracias y ¡hasta la próxima!
