"Beautiful spa and great value for money. However walls are paper thin so you can literally hear everything. If you are noise sensitive, this it not the hotel for you! Breakfast - menu service which is nice. Very friendly staff."

"Have wanted to stay at this hotel for a while and I’m sad to say I was very disappointed. Maybe I just had high expectations but for what we paid for the stay I found the room tired and it was extremely cold. There was a heater provided but it kept cutting out. For such a large hotel there is extremely limited parking in hotel car park. Staff while polite where not knowledgeable about hotel procedures and receptionist seemed preoccupied. "

"Spa wasn’t open because of being short staffed (can’t be helped not a big deal) Hot tube was too cold not enjoyable. Was no coffee in the room. Had tea and decaf but no coffee. Was also told to bring towels back up to room after the pool to carry on using as they were low on towels. Had dinner there food was really good. However the staff member was rude. I had asked for a drinks menu she told me it’s on the website honestly thought she was joking she was not. I googled it after a few minutes I couldn’t find it. She came over asked if we knew what we wanted to drink yet. I answered I’m struggling to find the menu and she just said I will come back then. Could have just helped and told us what was on the menu. Also, the shower water in the room gave me a reaction didn’t have this problem in the showers at the pool. No idea why but concerning Overall, wasn’t exactly relaxing or that enjoyable. "

"Wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. Very comfortable bed, clean room and variety of teas. Very quiet too. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would highly recommend and stay again. "
