"We were given a room that had no TV with used towels in the bathroom, we were moved to another room, the hallway smelt of smoke and two staff members also in front of us mentioned this but do not think anything was done about this. Hotel in a good location with good leisure facilities."

"The parking was easy. We were greeted by Jacob at check in who was friendly. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy and a fan had been supplied as there was a heatwave and it was 23 degrees at night. The view from room number 6 was of trees and we couldn't really hear the M6.The downside was the bathroom, it was extremely tired and in need of an update, however the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the pub were friendly. Location just off the M6 was brilliant. There was a Lidl's and Tesco express 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive away."

"Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!"
