"You get way more for what you pay for at Moda. Walking distance from Yale Town, the heart of downtown and Stanley Park. Staff was excellent. It’s an older building, but was modernized quite nicely. Great breakfast, and restaurant inside, liquor store beside the hotel, Starbucks is a minute walk away. Read some reviews that it was noisy from street traffic, but it really isn’t if the window is closed."

"Spacious room great deal for the property. AC wasn’t working but it was good it was a rainy weekend! The staff were tremendously helpful and let us check in early as soon as a room opened up."
