Great hotel with a welcoming feel, very comfy beds and the spa, pool and gym are excellent. My only problem was finding somewhere to park but there was a wedding and if you have limited mobility not brilliant as an old building. Very friendly staff.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the sky bar is lovely and makes excellent cocktails. The breakfast is very good with a great choice of food

Great location, for our needs. Good service, at a reasonable price. Many thanks. May even stay there again! Five stars!

We stayed with our 2 children for just one night in a family room. The room was really spacious and the beds very comfortable. We’d certainly stay here again if we were in the area. Breakfast was included in the room price and was delicious. All in all a lovely but short stay.

Clean , very friendly staff , Food was very nice , good quality

Absolutely beautiful stay… happy with everything. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, large and powerful shower. Will definitely be staying here again!

excellent base for a short break, comfortable well equipped room, good food and on-site parking

So good we booked a 3rd night

Lovely place. Clean and comfortable, nice restaurant and bar, staff very pleasant which makes a change these days. Liked being able to eat putside too in pleasant surroundings. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Staying for Ascot - We arrived at this hotel on Monday lunch time and it was 32 degrees! Staff were waiting outside to give every one ice cold water and take our bags inside. Check in was smooth, we had room 126, with air conditioning and was very classy, the whole hotel had the WOW factor. The grounds were large and even though the hotel was full, no one was where anyone else want to be, it was very spacious was nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. Easy quick check-in. Room average size with good size bed. Bathroom good, tea/coffee facilities excellent. Steak meal was excellent.

Hotel is in a good location. Close to city centre just a few minutes walk to London Road (Guildford) Station.
