"The check in staff were excellent and very helpful. And the rooms are extremely clean. We got there early and found parking available in there car park (surcharge for 24hrs) which was on the property so very convenient. Had a great stay and will come back to this branch if I come to Swindon"

"The staff at Hilton Garden Inn went above and beyond to make my son feel special on his Birthday, they also made all accomodations we required for accessibility with ease. There was live music on Friday night in the restaurant which was great, all the food was delicious and the staff were all so, so lovely. We had a great time and we would come back. "

"Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It is easy to find and staff were very nice. There is very little parking so keep in mind you have to park a few minutes away but can unload in front of hotel. We used the Waterloo lot! It was $10 a day. We didn’t do breakfast because it was $35 L but there is a nice coffee shop next door!"

"Hotel grounds and building grand… bed rooms tired need a refurb, carpets crawly… bathroom clean and had been refurbed. Room was not serviced. Staff at reception low energy. Staff at breakfast much better, buffet breakfast average …. Bacon left to cool in sauce pan with fat accumulating … consider ala carte it could have been so much better …. Overall 2 nights served its purpose but was expecting much more so disappointed "
