"Hotel is in a very good location, convenient to many restaurants, stores and museums. Staff at check in/check out was very pleasant. Our room was clean and neat, but no frills (eg no laundry bag, shower cap, etc). Also room carpet starting to fray and needs updating. Overall good place to stay at NYC prices"

"The property is well maintained with spacious rooms , the biggest I ve seen in Manhattan. Staff at this hotel is great very friendly and well trained . The area around the hotel is safe with many dining options near by. This is my 2nd time at the hotel and will always return when in NYC"

"Lovely hotel, perfect for our girls trip to NYC! Staff were great and having a room with a balcony was an amazing addition! Good size room and finished to a high standard, only a couple of minor things that looked a bit worn - hooks on bathroom, scuffs on wall etc. Would recommend and would happily stay here again! Much better than other NYC hotels that we stayed at on this trip! "

"This hotel is in a wonderful location - near subways, museums, Central Park, Zabars, etc. There are numerous restaurants in the area in addition to Nice Matin which is attached to the hotel. I love the neighborhood which is very walkable."
