"Victoria was very patient and helpful when we were checking in and we were VERY appreciative. We had a small maintenance issue in the room. When checking in we'd been told to call 70 on the house phone in the room if we needed assistance with anything. We called 70 and reported the maintenance issue one day before we were leaving. It was fixed by the time we returned to the room."

"The hotel looks better in photos than it actually is. When I entered the room, the floors were not very clean, and there was food left in the refrigerator from previous guests. There was also no information about the Wi-Fi. When I called support, they insisted there should be a paper on the desk, but it wasn’t there. I later received the Wi-Fi details from Expedia support, but everything else was quite disappointing. There was a pizza box in the fridge — I have no idea how long it had been there — so I couldn’t even use the refrigerator. There was also a coffee machine in the room, but no disposable cups were provided. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. Fortunately, I only had to stay there for one night."
