The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed for four nights and had a pleasant experience overall. One area that could be improved is the housekeeping service. The linens appeared old and had some holes, and they were not changed during our stay. The trash was also not emptied. With a little more attention to housekeeping and room maintenance, the overall experience would be even better. We truly appreciated the wonderful staff!

For the price the rooms are decent. There's no parking lot but there's street parking on both sides. Be aware of alternate side parking late night. Staff is friendly. The AC/Heat unit works well. They have TV and Wi-Fi and room has a fridge and small closet. The bathroom is big and spacious.

Horrifying. This place should be condemned and rebuilt into a new place or used for making movies about crack addicts. The location is perfect for that option. Had to stay here because everything was booked up. The clothes still smell like smoke and the adivan wasn’t enough to keep me from hearing screams as I slept. Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews upon booking hence leaving one now. Wishing everyone all the best!

You have to ask to borrow a hair dryer; they don’t provide it unless you request one. Also, the hair dryer isn’t attached to the wall, so you have to hold it while drying your hair. There’s no chair, which is inconvenient. The bedding is slightly torn. The vending machine only accepts cash. Other than that, everything is clean.

The AC worked great, the tv was great, loved that it had YouTube, wifi worked good enough for me to complete my school work ….. However , the bathroom was dirty still, there were pube hairs all over the shower , the sink was detached. The bed comforters had cigarette burns and the white pillows were really dirty. My colleague and I had to go to a local dollar tree and purchase sheets and a blanket just to cover the bed for peace of mind. It was overall convenient for an overnight stay. Adequate street parking.

Toilet was not cement to floor towels nasty sheets itch my skin no batteries in remote pillow cases dirty sheets was dirty spread was old but bathroom was clean tv was great alot to watch Hulu Netflix utube regular TV fridge was clean and workedit just a hotel to stay for a little days great view alot of hood rats in out security was there dnt leave nothing valued in there overall cleaning was disgusting u need walk with bleach n gloves n clean n mop dnt use they sheets or towels bring own soap smh
