"Room was clean but decor needs update. Staff were courteous & helpful. It was nice that there was a designated taxi telephone to make reservations from hotel to cruise port. WiFi was great Breakfast was excellent."

"Room was clean, bathroom tired and old, but functional. I stay often through work, its well located and staff always friendly. Dinner menu isn't great, but a great pub within walking distance (3 mins). Breakfast is good."

"Overall a good experience. We upgraded to a deluxe room as our original room had no a/c ( which I find odd for a modern hotel). The upgrade was definitely worth it; a bigger room, nice free minibar and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. The hotel was nice and quiet and had a relaxing feel. Staff were friendly if not super service minded however, this did not detract from the experience. Food selection was adequate but not mind blowing - the burger was very nice. The setting was lovely as was the surrounding area."
