"100% as expected and advertised. Rooms were great. Staff was friendly. Note that transfers to airport are not complimentary - at time of this review, we paid GBP4 each way, and it took 10 to 15 min to reach the airport."

"Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower. The restaurant was nice, the food was decent with plenty of options and great prices. A great place to stay and i will return. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff, rooms comfortable although lack of aircon in summer meant the room was hot. Courtyard area outside the rooms is great for drinks. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance but the town is an uphill 30 minute walk. "
