On our last night in Tunisia, we were supposed to be back at the hotel (picked by our operator) where we started the tour. However, we could not do it again. We wanted a hotel with actual amenities, working AC & not under renovation with filthy floors like the other. Hotel le Consul was well-located, clean, modern inside, with a great breakfast (including an espresso machine), fitness center, bath tub and working AC. We are so happy we chose to stay at Hotel Le Consul. We slept comfortably & they helped with our airport taxi in the morning.

The entire hotel looks brand new and modern. The staff is amazing! Very helpful and willing to help. Also, the food at their restaurant is very good and not expensive (when converting to USD). Some side notes for someone looking to reserve is that they have a different concept, so there’s no room service and not bellman. Other than that, the overall experience was very good and the location is great as it’s about 20-25 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis looking for a great accommodation.

Room was great! The animation staff was excellent and so was the reception. Bar staff need some training in engaging. It is an okay property with limited choices in buffet with repetitive menu.

Like every time I believe this is a nice hotel in regards to the amenities and the infrastructure. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating as well. This is my third time at La Badira and I still insist that the restaurants are not at the level of such a hotel. The food is not good, too expensive ...
