Just a few minutes walk to the beach and train station our spacious and sunny apartment is great for a family holiday by the sea as well as easy commuting into Exeter and the rest of Devon. With secure parking and lift access as well as being finished to a very high spec this comfortable apartment can sleep 4. Easy local transport links and close to the town centre it has everything you would need.
Additional parking is located in the pay and display car park at the train station, opposite the apartment, around 100 MTRS distance. There is also a secure bike storage area within the apartment building.
The apartment is located near the train station so fantastic for travelling around Devon
