He has that rare ability to show understanding and compassion. I can’t fault any staff members. They are incredibly helpful. I came here from a horrible experience at a previous hotel and the staff’s kindness helped me to recover from that experience. The bar has wonderful food and less expensive for a hotel which caters to more wealthy clientele. I sincerely hope that guest take a moment to thank the staff. The staff here will always hold a place in my heart. Sometimes, staying in London can be difficult because of the staff. Come stay here. It is a special experience."
