We were treated to a complimentary breakfast that was absolutely amazing, featuring an excellent variety of choices. They are highly accommodating to dietary needs, offering plenty of vegan options alongside on-request items like porridge and vegan sausages. A special mention goes to Wendy at breakfast, who was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the options suitable for my allergies. The room itself was spacious, and the shower was excellent. I also highly appreciated the convenience of the 24/7 reception and the unrestricted, secure access to the hotel at any hour. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning."

"From the moment the entrance doors open into the very lavish & large lobby area , you know that this is not a usual run of the mill hotel . There is a labyrinth of rooms & corridors , each with an array of unique furniture , artifacts or , original structural features . The bedroom was comfy & quiet , evening meal was good , with a portions that actually fill you up after a days work . Breakfast although slightly more expensive than what I would have expected , which also meant it exceeded my authorised business allowance , was cooked well & with a good choice . However , it is many years since it had a major refit & it will probably soon be due for another one in certain places . I also noted to the nice & pleasant reception girl upon leaving , that their bedroom service staff need to pay a little more attention to detail , to which she said that she would bring to their attention that day . Overall a good stay & when working in the area again , I'll stay there once more ."
