"Our stay was excellent. Highly recommend for people with young kids. The food was better than we expected and there was always an open food option. Our only issue was a small one; they wouldn’t let you help your kids at the waterpark up the stairs or to get on the slides. The lifeguards didn’t seem to care to enforce any other rules, but would blow their whistles and yell the second an adult stepped on, which 99% of the time was to help a crying/scared child."

"The resort was great for families. However we have been to better hotels in Mexico and did not pay as much as the Bahía Príncipe explore Tulum. Take US dollars, they will never give you change for pesos. À la carte bookings was an absolute nightmare. For the week my group of 9 got 1 restaurant booked. Considering each room is allowed 2 à la cartes and we all together had 1 is a joke. For the amount of money we spent on this vacation we expected a bit more. Our tv in the hotel didn't work for a majority of our stay which was not ideal when you have a toddler. The buffet food was good no complaints there. Overall the resort was great for families but there were some things that were off putting"

"We had 4 of us doing a golf trip, we had booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room and they said we could not get that they only had rooms with 1 King available and they would put a Cot in there to help. The room was not very comfortable once the cot was added as it couldn't accommodate another sleeping space. When we checked in they gave us tickets for our travel golf bags and said they would transfer it to our rooms once ready as we would be out golfing when the room became available. We got back after our round and our baggage was still sitting beside the bus stop and hadn't been moved so that was beyond frustrating that this wasn't taken care of as offered. The food was okay we always just did the Buffet option and the breakfast was always good the Dinner buffet was just okay, not as many options."

El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una atención a los detalles que realmente marca la diferencia. El servicio fue excepcional. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo funcionando perfectamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, acogedor y realmente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Honestamente, todo salió exactamente como lo imaginaba, incluso mejor. Fue una estancia maravillosa y sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%. "The Condo had everything we needed for our month and a half long stay. We especially enjoyed the pools and the gym."

"The host was very responsive, welcoming and professional. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. A few small things, the weather stripping on the front door is peeled back leaving an open gap that bugs can get in. The battery powered soap dispensers in the bathroom and kitchen are finicky and one of them was dead completely so we couldn’t use it. Other than the those very small things, the experience was once in a lifetime, the host is great, the price is affordable and the Tulum country club itself is safe and beautiful. 5/5 definitely recommend and hope to visit again someday.
