He worked hard to fit us into the temazcal ceremony and helped coordinate taxis for our last-minute requests. His kindness and effort made a big difference in our stay. Our shaman, Miguel, was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel safe and supported throughout the entire ceremony. He took his time to explain the process and guided us through a deeply spiritual and healing journey. A highlight of our stay was the food. Chef Adam E. curated and prepared the most delicious meals for us on both nights. He even came to our table to share how each dish was made, adding such a personal and thoughtful touch to our dining experience. We also loved staying in the bungalow — a magical setting where we could see fireflies dancing around the room through the glass walls. Surrounded by jungle sounds and nature, it truly felt like an escape into a serene, hidden paradise. This trip was special in every way, and we’re so grateful for the memories we made here."

"Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I recommend the outdoor beach eating palapas, especially ‘El Chiringuito’. I recommend hiring a tour guide/driver like Juan Santos to take you to the local archeological sights. You need nerves of steel if you want to drive against the local drivers. They have their own road rules. My family and I went to celebrate our birthdays in late Jan-Feb. I don’t want to stay in hot uncomfortable rooms or have mosquitos bothering me. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Don’t overpay for cabs. The concierge will help you arrange rides into Tulúm. The property is sublime with nothing lacking. Only minus for us is dinner portions are small and pricey. I can’t wait till my next visit. "
