"We’ve stayed in this hotel ever since it was Embassy Suites and never had any issues. This time I ended up with a strange skin rash on my left ankle; when I checked, the sofa bed mattresses of both rooms we stayed in, were in the most deplorable and unhealthy conditions. Needless to say they refunded ..."
