Everything was excellent: nice, big and modern room with balcony, walkable distance from most of the city center and restaurants, and very nice owners who make you feel like at home.

As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular Delightful staff as well . You'd be pushed to find a better hotel in Jerusalem. It was lovely, really like being in an old colony embassy.

Good room, breakfast and a relaxing location. Staff really good. Location great for Damascus Gate and Old City, 200 meters walk. No problems walking or concerns. Bus stations also near to get to various places and no problem using them. Had a great time. Only shame is that we couldn't have an evening meal on site but at least it made us going out and about in the evening.

I was initially a bit worried about what to expect at this hotel. My worries were immediately put to bed upon arrival. Location is perfect in a very clean and pleasant area as soon as you enter the Jaffa Gate of the old city. All the main attractions and historical and religious sites within the old city are within walking distance from the hotel. Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the Old City. Very smart and clean. The staff were brilliant, friendly & polite. Breakfast good with lots of choice. The rooftop pool was a big bonus.

Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.
