The hotel has the feeling of a family run hotel. If you have any problems the staff are quick to sort them out. The hotel is conveniently located for all the sights. I saw guests from Europe, America and other parts of the world staying. The food menu is top quality - so even if you are not a guest, I highly recommend the restaurant. The rooms we were given for our group were not well maintained. The hall was smelly and the rooms needed a serious update. We noticed that some other floors had been updated. This really felt like a college dorm. The breakfast was really good and we had the buffet one night and it was also good. They were rude, cold and callous, often removing hotel guests from their chairs (as they weren't part of a group), despite those individuals having paid for the opportunity to sit. Waiters were also noted using a spoon and scooping out of icecream from the guest bowl.
