"The team was incredibly quick to answer questions and address issues. Like most places central Jerusalem, they are surrounded by construction and dust, which affects the stay. Apartment could have been cleaner, but management addressed my concerns immediately."

"We had difficulty getting hot water in the shower. The instructions were poor. The overhead fan in the master bedroom was broken during our entire stay. We had to leave the air conditioning on the entire night. Quite uncomfortable."
