"Parking was underground, which was great as it was chucking it down! Straight out of the car into lift up to reception, very friendly and smiley staff greeted us. Check in was super quick and off we went to our room. Room was great, twin room with plenty of space, clean and tidy with little delights of posh coffee and bottled water. Shower was awesome very powerful loved it. We popped up to the roof top bar and restaurant, just for cocktails which where delicious. Amazing place, great views over the lake, again friendly staff. Secret garden we didn't find still breakfast time, but worth a visit if you do stay. Breakfast was great lots to choose from highly recommend Eggs benedict and i got runny eggs. Will definitely be back to stay again. "

"Place could do with a spruce up in places but the carpets seem new, the room was very good and the place is very busy. Staff friendly and helpful. Use Uber for taxis. "

"It was a lovely , modern hotel and the location is perfect, right at the centre of everything. Hotel is quite new and room is clean and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and for me what hit the spot is that they provide tea pot with hot boiling water so tea can be proper tea- not semi hot like all other hotels. Bakeries is freshly baked and even when we have breakfast at 9.30-10am it was still warm and lovely. Coffee machine with expresso options. We would definitely stay here again. "
