"Clean, comfortable & spacious, we booked well in advance and got a great rate. Perfect for an early morning flight from terminal 5 - the bus stop is right outside and the local bus was only £1.5 per person. Would stay again"

"The hotel is very nice and in an excellent, highly walkable location. The breakfast was fantastic! Both the views and the food were memorable. There are a lot of stairs to get to some of the rooms, so if you need easy access, be sure to mention that."

"Extremely convenient for Heathrow terminal 5 via a 10 minute shuttle bus that goes about every half hour. Nice bar with food and a fancier restaurant."

"My room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. My colleague had a coffee machine in her room but I just had a kettle and sachets of coffee and milk. Breakfast was a little disappointing, coffee was served out of urns with no other option."

"Went midweek and it was very haphazard, yes there was a schedule of entertainment but no it wasn’t followed. Got pizza delivered in the evening. There was very little choice in the park itself for food and coffee even harder to come by. The room itself was grand - the treasure hunt a highlight."
