"Best hotel I have stayed in in New York. I will return. Friendly reception staff, a lovely chap who kindly upgraded our room - thank you for being so welcoming when we were so tired on arrival. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you could want and the breakfast really sets you up for the day. It felt smaller and more personal than others I have stayed in and we appreciated the tea, coffee, sweets and snacks which were available at any time on the ground floor. Great location...

"We appreciated the convenience of the hotels location. We found the staff to be helpful and the room to be clean. The only drawback was the lack of sound proofing. I could hear every cough, sneeze and sighs of the occupants in the next room."

"So, the bad: A/C was inop when we arrived. They sent facilities to repair promptly which they did. Total time:30 mins. Asked for extra blankets (A/C issue) and they delivered promptly, but the blanket was bleach stained. Was replaced promptly (10 mins). One Elevator was inop. Elevators are finicky but work. Crowded. Hallways look like a hospital. Not attractive but ok. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was great. In all, a good, not great, hotel. Excellent value and excellent...

"Plenty to eat all around the area. Close to Broadway shows able to walk to either also shopping. Only downside was traffic if you get in a car to go anywhere. Hotel was very nice, staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything around. "

"Great place to stay. Close to lots and real close to Time Square and the theater district. For the price I paid...could have used better TP. Not the cheap stuff. Good thing I brought my own. Staff were great and very helpful and accommodating."

"A solid independent property. I recommend ignoring the breakfast vouchers unless you need to watch your Pennie’s. Using them is like telling the staff it’s not worth paying attention to you. Not luxury, but a great Times Square experience in the heart of the theater district."
