"I arrived and the room was dirty, sheets , floor and bathroom had a very strong smell. I reached out to my mayordomo btw he was awesome. They got me another room in better condition. Staff was lost and didn’t understand you even I talk Spanish. ( they look to young and immature) the hotel is beautiful but needs more care into details. Food was ok. Housekeeping staff and daycare staff was awesome."
