Dhul Hulaifah Miqat Mosque

Absolutely impeccable hotel, really clean and smells really nice. Very close to the Haram and Quba Walk. Breakfast consists of a very good variety of foods. Have stayed at this hotel a fair few times however this time round house keeping was not up to scratch, hence the low rating. The green light prompt to clean the room was put on but I still needed to ring house services to chase it up, sometimes quite late into the evening at times. Yet every other room seemed to be cleaned apart from mine? Upon checkout, the reception staff were adamant guests had to request room cleaning via ringing 0 (house services) yet this has never been the case during any prior stays? As opposed to taking accountability, excuses were made instead. Absolute shame as the hotel & its amenities surrounding it are otherwise faultless.
