stayed here just before christmas. looked absolutly stunning. one of the best hotels weve stayed in. meal on the evening was amazing but we had a shock when the bill came. loved the hotel. booked an executive room but i dont think we got it as our room was small had slanted walls which made me feel sick and our view out the window was a wall lol! pool wasnt the best and slightly chilly but i would still use it. next time i will be checking what room we are having as i dont want to pay £150 for a view of a wall again lol

Absolutely appalled at the state of repair of the Hotel and our room in particular. Awful. We will be writing to the Hotel's head office.

lovely staff , shame about the building !

unfortunately for the first night of our two night stay , we were put into a somewhat inferior family room , very hot , windows didn't open , no bedside table or lamp in the twin room etc . Staff tried their best to rectify things and we were moved into the much better suite for our second night . Staff are brilliant and helpful at all times but are battling against a very challenging building !

Bedroom was lovely, the children loved the play room the swimming pool was nice though no shallow end for my little one, some parts of the hotel could do with a repaint but other than that it was great an ft he staff was very helpful

The hotel needs decorating but it is very comfortable. The drinks are very expensive we had 2 double baileys and it cost us £16.80 I nearly had heart attack!

Customer service here was truly outstanding, the staff cannot do enough for you. Vast selection pf breakfasts-from freshly cooked to order (which was perfectly cooked) to cereals, pastries, meat, cheeses and breads- something for everyone in the morning even kids. Right next to a grass bowls club its quiet yet only 5 mins walk (Slow) to beach, 10 mins to harbour/train station and 15 mins to the town centre.

Miellyttävä kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen ja jopa uima-allas vapaasti käytettävissä. Sijanti lähellä rantaa ja rautatieasemaa.
