"TERRIBLE Experience. You have to reserve for everything and they charge you EXTRA! You have to reserve to eat at their restaurant, you have to reserve to seat at the pool and you have to pay extra for using the pool. I have never seen this before. No iron in the rool and problems with the security box. At the end we decided to leave the hotel at the middle of our stay. "

"Our family had an amazing stay at Hotel Croux. Every staff member was so kind and helpful, helping us navigate food, recreation and transportation. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable, sauna was amazing, but the people were the highlight. All of the spaces were neat and tidy. "
