"The air-conditioning situation is a major situation. It's already hot out and to come back to your room and it's stuffy and warm just doesn't cut it. There is no type of maintenance person to fix these things. Although the staff is excellent I want to be comfortable and accommodated for what I paid for. "

"The resort needs some upgrading of the property, planters looked sad, while all was clean, needs some care. Also the front desk staff should be more helpful regarding restaurants, how to get around best, and more proactive helping folks!"

"Clean and beautiful"

"The room was beautiful but I was not impressed with the pool and hot tub (never got in). It just didn’t look alluring. There were two male staff that were really nice, the rest of the staff were not very welcoming. We met one young lady the last day that was very kind & assistive. At first I thought maybe it was me but then we went to dinner at Buoy Haus and their staff were assistive the moment we excited the taxi. The bartender at Bluebeards was really nice & the guest were as well. They have beautiful mango trees. We really enjoyed St. Thomas but didn’t feel comfortable asking anyone out of the two guys information. If they weren’t there we simply figured it out. "

"I could hear the guests about me having sex on the squeaky bed. I had a teenager with me and this was extremely awkward. I also had 2 large roaches in my room. The property is tropical and cute. The breakfast is excellent."
