"Kathleen was the most excellent, communicating host from throughout the entire renting process! We had to call her once during our stay for an issue, which she handled promptly. The location of the house, pool, views are most excellent. Appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen to prepare food. Geeat place to explore from, come back, and unwind. Or just stay and relax! If we come back to the island, I hope Kat's Seachange is still available. "

"Beautiful accommodations to fit a large group. Gated property and outdoor cameras allowed us to feel safe. The kids enjoyed the pool and the view from the patio was priceless. We spent most of our time sitting outside. The property manager was awesome. She was welcoming and responsive to all of our questions. The place was clean and met all of our standards.
