Walking distance to a nearby beach and the Nature Conservatory's Jacks & Issac's Bay. A wall of windows for water views, year-round trade breezes and the soothing sound of waves from the shoreline below make for a unforgettable stay. Olympic style 50' seaside pool is delightful after a kayak or snorkeling excursion down in front. Entire Villa consisting of both the units: Sapala 1 (4 bedrooms) and Sapala 2 (1 bedroom) will be exclusively available to you and it will not be shared with anyone else. \----- The base rate has been deliberately set lower, to make it affordable for smaller families to rent the property. However, each guest over 4+ are charged an additional daily fee of $40 per guest, up to a maximum of 13 guests. \----- You will be renting the entire property with a private pool, which sits on a 0.8 acre land facing the ocean and consists of two units: (a) Sapala 1: an upstairs/main unit with 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a large open kitchen / living / dining area and a game room on the loft. All bedrooms are of the same size and each has a big bathroom with double vanity sink and an empty closet space with hangers for your use. (b) Sapala 2: a downstairs/poolside unit with 1 bedroom/1bathroom, a full kitchen with living / dining area and a stacked washer/dryer unit. We came back after 6:00 pm and the state of the house was unclean. There was visible mold on the box springs and in the coffee maker (it had not been cleaned at all). The inside of the microwave was covered in spattered food. Showers had visible mold and random Aussie conditioner bottles. We left the next morning, moving to another property.
