Steps away from Columbus Landing Beach. World class diving at the Salt River Canyon. All bedrooms have private baths with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and one sleeper sofa located in the office. 'Villa Santa Cruz' offers the ultimate retreat for your next Caribbean getaway. Take full advantage of your island vacation with a contemporary - yet exceptionally comfortable - haven where you can entertain guests, indulge in luxury amenities and soak up the tropical sun. Our amazing amenities include great room with wet bar, big screen TV, game room with wet bar, billiards, pub table, full gym, chefs kitchen with dining that seats 8, diesel generator, views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands, sun deck with 40 foot pool, pool adjacent to the '1493 Bar and Grill' our outdoor bbq area with cabana seating for 5 and gas grill, steps from beach.

We are located on the North Shore of St. Croix in the Salt River National Park and Ecological Preserve. Completed in 2009 Villa Santa Cruz is full of modern amenities but steeped in a rich and storied history. Our hideaway is located on 'Columbus Landing' beach, named for the place where Columbus anchored 17 ships on his second voyage in 1493. Columbus, as the discoverer of this island, gave it it's original name, 'Santa Cruz' or Holy Cross. Though the island took the derivative of St. Croix later, the property carries the name 'Santa Cruz' in honor of the first visit and the original name of the Caribbean isle. Come experience the luxury of our tropical paradise.

The communication before our stay was outstanding which gave us plenty of time to plan our activities. Home was perfect place to stay. So relaxing and great way to unplug and just enjoy family time. We had a wonderful stay. The welcome meal was amazing after a long day of travel and we used Julianna again later in the week. Austin was very helpful answering any of our questions.

The hospitality was next level - we arrived to a home cooked meal (s/o to Juliana, she’s a fabulous chef & we booked her to catering one night as well - very delicious)! Stunning property, location, view, pool. The views are magnificent, easy access to the beach, refreshing, sparkling clean pool. The kids spent time on the beach, finding shells, their dad spent time in the ocean snorkeling, the old folks enjoyed the pool the most. The location is very handy and everything we wanted was only a short drive away. We were fortunate to find this property and our excitement over it was rewarded! Hope to be back someday soon.

The view was amazing! The house was great, plenty of room for everyone. Table was big enough for eight people to play cards every night(chairs could use a cushion) great memories! Had a few minor issues the biggest one was air in living room didn't work, Austin tried his best to get it fixed but was unable to. Other than that it was perfect best family vacation ever! We will defiantly stay here again.

I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Being right by the ocean with a perfectly sized pool, lots of chairs, and two large decks for shade from the hot sun made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances, plus two bar areas (upstairs and downstairs). We booked the property because it fit our bedroom count needs. All four bedrooms were comfortable and we loved having an en suite in each one. While the gym was only used by one person in our party, it was a nice addition to the stay. The host thought of everything to make this an amazing vacation including a 24 hour contact (thank you Austin for being so responsive), beach chairs and coolers, and special touches that welcomed us to the property. A special thank you to the host for responding so quickly to all my questions and concerns. The host was very accommodating when we thought our flights were going to be cancelled. Our group truly appreciated all the help. We highly recommend staying at Santa Cruz because we know no one would be disappointed. We definitely want to return next year!

Wonderful Getaway

Wow! What a wonderful week! Everything was too notch and the owner and caretaker were extremely accommodating. Chef Jay’s meals were delicious and we loved the convenience of being able to eat at the Villa and enjoy our time there. The first nights welcome meal was an awesome treat after a long travel day. Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful views and pool

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Villa Santa Cruz! The oceanfront view was spectacular, the house was spacious and we enjoyed the large pool every day. It was extra special to have food provided the night we arrived by chef Juliana and she catered a special birthday dinner later in the week. Since the house is centrally located, it was easy to travel to all areas of the island.

Great Place with Awesome VIews

The house was as advertised. On the water with a huge pool. Full kitchen to cook whatever you want. And a caterer available if you don't. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Stephanie was responsive and everything was easy. Austin the caretaker met us at the airport and we followed him to the house. What an awesome vacation. Highly recommend!

A Special Birthday Celebration

Villa Santa Cruz was absolutely wonderful. The online listing does not do it justice - the house is much more majestic; the ceilings are soaring, the kitchen is quite large, and the house setting itself is perfect. There were activities for all of us, and the house was well equipped for snorkeling, swimming, drinking rum, grilling, playing billiards, and impossibly fun jigsaw puzzles. Everyone wants to return next year! A memorable vacation for all of us!

Great Friends Vacation

We really enjoyed the spacious house with lots of amenities. Perfect for our couples trip. Everyone had their own space for sleeping and there are great common areas for hanging out together. We were happy to have the pool to cool down. We ordered food from Juliana and it was great. They even surprised us with a meal upon our arrival. Highly recommend for a fun family or friends getaway.

Fabulous spot

We can’t say enough good things about this spot. The setting is ideal with easy beach access and of course the pool. The space is perfect for gatherings. The owner was responsive beforehand and has a wonderful go-to person (Austin) who met us at the airport to guide us to the house and show us the ropes (you do need a car; the house is remote). We were greeted with a complementary meal which was outstanding after a day of travel. Chef Juliana is a skilled caterer and we hired her to do two other meals which were outstanding. We all agreed this was one of our best family vacations ever. We will be back!!!

Island Bliss

From check in to check out the staff/owners were available to assist quickly. The property was gorgeous, the water socks advice was priceless. The pool was incredible, in fact, a majority of our days were spent in/ by the pool looking over crystal clear Caribbean blue water… so relaxing. Chef Jay was wonderful and so accommodating to different family members allergies. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the food and the convenience of having a meal set up for us 3 of our nights… thank you again to Chef Jay!
