I have already submitted a formal complaint to corporate related to my terrible experience. There was no food or staff and it caused undue stress and I left after three days because the conditions were so poor.

Overall we had a great time. The staff was amazing. The food was good. Not everything that was advertised was open so that was a bummer. No entertainment and not all the restaurants were open.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and we absolutely loved it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are beautiful, and the food was delicious. But I also have to mention the negatives to be fair, they advertise a few difference restaurants but there was really only one buffet style restaurant with specific hours and then the bar had food. Also, the beach was filled with so many rocks and seaweed is was almost impossible to get into the ocean. Overall we had such a great stay and it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
