My goal is to make your visit stress free from the moment your plane lands! You will be greeted at the property by myself or Mr. Phillip, our property manager. We will show you around Sea View Play and make sure you are comfortable. Mr. Phillip is also a wealth of knowledge, and what activities are going on St Croix during your stay. Sea View Play is located on the quiet North Shore, and is centrally located between both Christiansted( 8 mi) and Frederiksted(7 mi). I highly recommend trying AMA, The Landing, Off The Wall, Spratnet, Sylvies, and the Sunny Shore Upload truck for breakfast. A rare feature of this spectacular property is one of St. Croix's unique natural tidal swimming pool (The Fountain Of Youth). This 45'x40' tide pool is replenished by the waves breaking just outside the pool. Relaxing or taking a moonlight swim is an experience like no other. The small tropical fish enjoying the pool with you only make the experience even more special. Children especially like to swim and snorkel in the safety of the pool. St Croix offers some of the best diving in the world. The world famous Cane Bay Beach is located a 1/2 mile West of the villa. It is the only island in the Caribbean where you can dive a wall, a reef, a wreck, and a Pier all from the same island. This magnificent estate has over 6,000 square feet of living space to unwind and relax. This amazing villa is situated on 1.3 acres of beautifully manicured ocean front grounds that have housed many special events (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays). This gated and very private villa was constructed using an innovative system called InSteel. This revolutionary construction using steel mesh covered polyurethane that is then heavily coated with high-compression concrete provides the ultimate in protection from the elements. The villa sleeps up to 12 guests when using the sofa sleeper located in bedroom #2\. At night you are lulled to sleep with the wonderful sound of the wave crashing on the shore. At either end of the main house is a Master Bedroom Suite, each with its own private bath. Three additional large bedrooms with ocean views, and two separate bathrooms are situated mid house. Each Master Suite has its own fully equipped kitchens. No need to over pack when your staying at Sea View Play. Sunrises in the morning, sunsets at night, all from the comfort of the patio and tide pool. Sea View Play is by far my favorite villa I have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and incredibly photogenic and the fact the living room opens up to experience that makes this a must stay villa in my opinion. Rob is a fantastic host and was incredibly quick to respond and made sure we had a great time. I can't recommend this place enough! We'll be coming back for sure. ##### Chris M. The photographs can never reproduce the sheer beauty of this island retreat. The sunsets from the lovely deck were phenomenal and the home was stocked full with everything needed for meals on the deck.Rob was ever responsive and so accommodating. Check in was easy. Rob (owner) met us at arrival and gave us the tour. The house was comfortable and clean. The location is about half way between Christiansted and Fredriksted. Spectacular views, very clean. Nice bath towels, pool/beach towels and linens. The beds are super comfy, and the house was above and beyond clean. Lots of room for our four couples to spread out or could accommodate more than one family. There are two large kitchens, 2 large master bedrooms with baths attached. There are also 3 additional full bathrooms mid house. Each bedroom has a sliding door with a sea view. There is a nice half bath close to the living room. Communication with owner is spot on. We absolutely loved this property! Driving through the front gate you can’t help but feel like a celebrity. The views from every room were spectacular. All of the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect for large families. The owner, Rob, and property manager, Mr. Philip, were very responsive and great to work with. We loved how stocked the house was for beach items, there were plenty of towels, pool floats, water shoes, beach chairs, and beach toys. The restaurants nearby were also amazing. Highly recommend The Landing and Spratnet for lunch and AMA’s for a fancy dinner. Cane bay beach was beautiful and very close by (2 minute drive). ##### Kirsty B. The property has everything you can think of spectacular views, super comfy beds, and lots of room. Our multi-generation group enjoyed our stay very much. Rob, the owner, is very responsive and he has really thought of it all! One thing to note: while the bedrooms are air-conditioned, the central part of the house is not, and in June, it got quite warm (to be expected in the Caribbean in summer), but crosswinds are hit-and-miss, and the tidal pool is not filled this time of year. This didn't deter us from a wonderful experience, it's just something to be aware of when planning for the summer months. ##### Susan W. Our group was 2 families (4 adults, 3 children under 12). The house is set up perfect for our situation: 5 bedrooms, 5+ baths, 2 kitchen areas, laundry, wrap around deck with sliding doors from each room, large living space with huge couch and dining table. The kids made good use of the pool & toys found in the exercise room. The tide pool was an exciting place to explore and practice snorkeling for the littlest of the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked; loads and loads of pool and beach towels are available; the bedroom AC works so efficiently I found myself almost too cold! House has spectacular oceanfront views. The great room was especially nice to hang together at any point during the day. The tide pool was a special treat even for the adults. Each bedroom has its own view of and patio doors to the ocean and air conditioners worked great on warm nights. Fun restaurants are only 1/2 mile away. We especially loved AMA! Other than a smoke detector needing to be replaced, we really did not have any issues with the house. We found Rob to be attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
