There were many problems here. Plywood laying on my balcony. Dirt on walls. Every door is rotted at the bottom and they have dirt all around the door handles. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been trimmed. The funny part. Not really funny but they sent someone to pick up the plywood on the balcony and the guy came into our unit with the code and without knocking while we were in bed. This morning while we checking out they decided to trim trees and clean because I had complained. They completely blocked the entrance of our room and my husband slid and almost fell . There’s so much more I could say I took photos of everything. IT IS NOT WALKING DISTANCE TO ANY BEACH they make u take your garbage with u when u leave. Like I didn’t have enough to carry. The person that texts u is AI It’s not a real person and can’t help with anything. The AI lies and swears it’s a real person on the phone. Finally a real person called sounded like from out of the country he was no help. NO CENTRAL AIR. SMALL POORLY FUNCTIONING WINDOW AIR CONDOTIONERS.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not serve breakfast. You’ll need to either get groceries on your way or rent a car (they do mention it being a difficult spot on their website). Can be hard to get taxis to come out that far. Overall, although nice for a night, we would not stay here again because of inability to reach staff if something is needed in the evening, unreliable internet service, difficulty keeping rooms cool, and remote location without breakfast options.
