"My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Cottage. It was the perfect space for two. It is located in a great area; close to town and the beaches but away from the crowd and noise. We hit most of the beaches and went into town at least once a day if not multiple and it was not a hassle. The place was equipped with everything you would need and more such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, ice packs, coolers and even a grill. We had a few grill nights which turned out great. The cottage gets a nice natural breeze but there is a fan in the living room and in the bedroom. The bedroom has an AC unit that worked well. The view from the deck and even the shower were fantastic. They had nice lounger chairs and high top tables with stools on the deck. Communication with Greg and Jen was seamless. We only got to meet Greg but he was an incredibly nice guy. Great vibes. We would stay here again! It was a very cute and functional space. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"If you are into history, this property is for you! Such a cool piece of property with ancient ruins to explore. The flowering trees and bushes are gorgeous and really make for a relaxing place to unwind. The pool and deck are made for relaxing, ocean viewing, and star gazing. The house is super cozy and has plenty of room to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped to dine in or blend up a cold refreshing beverage or three. The location of the property is super convenient to the markets, hiking, beaches and shopping. Communication was great with the property manager, Jo! We can’t wait to visit again. "

Sunset Beach: Beachfront Villa! Pool! Hot Tub!

"We travel to St John on a yearly basis. We picked this house because of the waterfront access, the hot tub and the pool. There was some confusion at our arrival, however, we are familiar enough with the island that we were able to find the house ourselves. We were welcomed with a lovely basket of snacks, beverages and some necessities. The house was clean, the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. After a long day of traveling and a recent back injury I headed to the hot tub. It wasn’t working properly and wasn’t heating. I called first thing in the am. Was told someone would come out. When we returned to the house that evening the pool had turned green, hot tub still not fixed. The following am was Sunday, nobody answered or returned any of my calls. On the third day workers came and spent the entire day fixing everything.This was an expensive property to rent. I was very disappointed. It is an older home in need of maintenance. There were numerous other small things that needed attention as well. Out of a five day stay I spent the first three days dealing with these problems."

"The property was clean and had a great deck with amazing views. The location was great- far enough from the traffic in Cruz Bay, but close enough that it took less than 10 minutes to get to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the host was good and she was very responsive. However, communication with the property manager wasn’t great- the directions to get there were not accurate based on where we were coming from and it took several calls and us driving around and around to figure out where to go. The front door stuck badly and took multiple tries to open and close. There was only AC in the two bedrooms and loft got really hot, so our son had to move downstairs and share the other bedroom. The couch in the living room was stained and very uncomfortable. Also, be aware that there is only 1 shower for the whole house- we didn’t realize this as the listing showed 2 bathrooms. There were two shower heads in said shower, but only one of them would allow hot water to come out. And due to the fact that there is only AC in the bedrooms, the bathrooms were very stuffy and hot. Lack of central AC may be the case for most houses in St. John, but as this was our first time there, I can’t say for sure."
